1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or placing an order on Flopey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The service
Flopey is a social media marketing panel. We accept orders for follower and engagement services and fulfil them through a third-party provider. You are responsible for ensuring the links you submit are correct and that your use complies with the terms of the relevant social media platforms.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information, verify your email address before purchasing, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments & balance
Funds are added to your balance via Airwallex and are used to pay for orders. Prices are shown per 1,000 units before you confirm an order. Deposits are applied to your balance once the payment is settled.
5. Refunds & delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Eligible services include refill and refund guarantees; partial or undelivered orders are refunded to your account balance. We do not offer refunds for orders placed with incorrect links provided by you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful content, fraud, or to abuse the platform or its provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
